One of the things that the activists and hopeful among us must remember is that we cannot expect fundamental change to occur in just a few years. The year 2003 was not a terribly long time ago. Change tends to be incremental and gradual, not a major overnight socio-political singularity-like event. As the saying goes, "Revolution is the culmination of evolution." We have lost too many great young activists who came to this board in the past because major changes didn't occur in just two years.

Let us keep in mind that in 2003, nobody imagined an org like B4U-ACT existing. Change is occurring despite continual setbacks in the laws that we need to both accept and expect.
