I don't like the suffix "-phile". Even when I first heard it used with "audiophile" I didn't like it.

So what do you call someone who loves something or someone?

Exhibitionist
Contortionist
Specialist
Psychologist
Psychiatrist
Evolutionist

Littlegirlist
Adultist

The best thing I can come up with is Little Girl Lover, for me. I would be known as Their lover. Of course, "lover" has an implication to go with it. Which is fine my me.
