You must be careful, AK47. Getting that adrenaline boost is great but also overrides safety warnings. I have seen a single man, much in a state of adrenaline rush as you describe, lift an overturned car off a woman. Of course, he sustained self damage because the human body is not designed to produce this type of force.
But, what a hell of a way to work out!!!
