Megaupload faces deletion of data

I caught this on MSNBC dot com. I never used Megaupload, I only looked at the samples and their galleries, but never downloaded anything. The fed$ said the data could be gone as early as Thursday (I bet maybe earlier, depending on how hellbent they are). This would suck for people that use it for positive reasons.
