Exactly, if "compliance" is the issue then they need to stop teaching the hierarchy like you said. Thing is the kids will then make their own choices, which could include being with an adult in a way society "doesn't like".

Since most Youth Rights advocates at NYRA or ASFAR try to take down this hierarchy I wonder how they'd feel about an adult/minor relationship. Some I have seen just assume any kid under 13 would never want to and that kids that age innately find sex gross. More like a rationalization. If youth are ever freed they will see the truth.
