The press described the content of the supposed child porn. This is not common practice.

The pictures as described are not a turn on for me and it's hard for me to imagine them being a turn on for any one else. In order for the pictures to be child porn in typical legal practice the prosecution would need to demonstrate that the defendant get's aroused by the pictures or is sending them to others that do.

I don't blame the school for what it did. Who wants to deal with a crazed angry mob before an investigation is done.

23 million dollar bond? That's lunacy.
