A bizarre story, but I'm not sure what he did can be called 'molestation', though I won't be surprised if the charge sticks. There's no indication that anything sexual was going on, and they only found 'adult porn' in his home. This is more likely a strange art project, and one could argue that he should not have used class time for it, but the $23 million bail seems excessive, since the story doesn't also mention that he murdered the children afterwards.
