Sounds like you might have a friend with your sister, maybe she was just pretending to agree with your mom? I could be totally wrong of course, but it's possible?

Bring it up with her calmly. Ask her if it's ok to stay with her for awhile, even though you might disagree on the subject. If she let's you stay, relax there for awhile, figure things out.

Just some random advice off the top of my head.
