And btw, I do know how you feel. I feel the same way about opium (which I tried in Taliban-era Afghanistan before the ban in 2000). If I was given the chance of having a stash that I knew would last me for my lifetime, or status quo, I know it would be hard for me not to choose the opium. But I haven't because I know it solves nothing although it would make me feel better.
