Man you are naive. Alcohol may numb you of your problems for a little while but they will be back, they do not go way. Plus drinking will bring more problems upon you if you do is exes.

I used to drink a lot to solve my problems, I did it for years. To my amazement being drunk did not solve a thing. It got me into minor trouble and the cops in the town where I partied knew me by my first name. While drinking I was always moody and every problem I had especially when it came to girls got blown out of proportion. It got to the point where I would sit at home by myself drunk off my ass listening to the same song over and over.

Now you do not seem like you are at that point but if you continue your path of drunkenness you may or even worse. Everyone has a different story.

One guy who was a nemesis of mine who continued to drink was beaten to death in a drunken fight not to long ago. It did not surprise me this happened to him.

Another guy who was a friend still likes to drink a lot. He hasn't accomplished a thing in his life. He's had nothing but low paying jobs. That's if he can hold a job, because getting drunk to him is more important. Last I heard he's still the same, always trying to bum money off of people to support his habit. When he was in his early 20's it seemed cool to party the way he did. Now that he's past 40 he's becoming the kind of drunk we laughed at when we were young.

I haven't touched alcohol for about 12 years now. I feel better about life, I work out which has replaced drinking booze. I still have problems, some are difficult. But I deal with them much better then I did when drinking.

Drinking has some pleasures but if you abuse it alcohol will bring a hell upon you which is hard to dig yourself out of. Been there and done that.
