Sometimes it is useful to come up with a phrase that can be different things to different people. B4U-Act does not necessarily mean one thing or another - I think it was intended to give the impression to the casual hater that their intention is to control pedophiles, while simultaneously suggesting to those members of the public that delve more deeply that they should think and learn a bit about pedophiles before they act in harmful ways. Perhaps it means that all parties involved need to consider what they are doing before they act. I don't see where it has to mean one thing or another - there are sometimes advantages in not being entirely clear. Baldur
