Welcome here. I am tired and so I comment only on this part of your message.

You should use Tor + a web-based proxy. There are several, and I know a couple that work and even let you use SSL -- in other words, https://www.annabelleigh.net.

I don't want to reveal what configuration I am using, so I don't say more. If you are diligent, you will find the right web-based proxy, and then you can always get here.

It is essential to be able to use SSL, of course. We don't want that those proxies are able to read our passwords.
