Heh. Actually, it's closer to 99% of men, and possibly higher among women - but that's just people who have some attraction to children. The more relevant figures are 20-30% of men who are attracted to prepubescent girls at least as much as to women (there are several studies which confirm this range), and 5-10% is the percentage of men who strongly prefer prepubescent girls to women. The slightly different tendencies in male and female sexuality make it difficult to come up with a comparable number among women, or determine exactly what it means when women are sexually attracted to children.

Some of that is guesswork, seeing as it is incredibly difficult to get good information in the current climate, but it's well-informed guesswork, based on the evidence that is available.
