A large majority of those registered are there for consensual teen sex; and even taking only the ones whose "victim" is preteen, an overwhelming majority are for non-contact (KP, solicitation, exhibitionism) or consensual "crimes". Real rapists of teens or children are a tiny minority of SO's. Because they get life without parole anyway.
