More people should think like this

This is one of the reasons why the world is in the state it's in - people don't think like this.

I'm talking about crap like "how to stop our kids from smoking".

Exactly what you said, basically...

Why not IMPROVE the lives of your kids so they won't WANT to smoke?

Instead of preventing bullying in schools by making sure bullies will get in worse trouble, why not change things so kids will be happy enough that they won't WANT to bully each other?

The politicians, law makers, etc, live in sheer stupidity.

It's all about cause, and effect. Simple science.

But instead, the fucktards keep making the world worse and expect people not to want ways to escape, and have fun.

And about what you said about changing my life and surroundings... I would certainly go out and do more if I could, but now my health is so bad, in so many different ways, that just getting out of the house is more difficult than ever. I feel too sick, sore, and tired to even walk my dogs.
