In a society like we live in, where kids are treated like babies who will not truly know what they want until they turn 18, and where they cannot truly work until they turn 18, and where they learn few responsibilities that might make them independant persons before the they reach 18, chances are that they wouldn't be able to satisfy you in the way you would like. But if we were living in 19th century america, where young people were raised early to know the responsibilities of adulthood, those are the conditions that would allow you to be truly satisfied by them. But indeed it's kinda hopeless in today's age (let alone, illegal as you know). People are usually only as good as their upbringing. And right, the western world is raising kids poorly.
