Even if they seem to not consent to it, their views must be weighed against their legal and cultural status. It is highly probable they have been coerced into not consenting, and if they have no legal or fundamental right to say yes, then they also have no legal or fundamental right to say no.

All things being equal, that might be true, but all things are not equal, are they? We are speaking of cultures where the subjugation and abuse of females is common and where females have nowhere near the same status and rights as males. Your reasoning, therefore, is circular. Calling me a "cultural imperialist" does not take away from the fact that the culture in much of the Middle East does contribute to a situation where the institutionalized abuse of women and girls can be objectively observed to be higher than in the West. Your sophistic bullshit does not undo that fact.
