Um, yes it is. Pinker proves it with a ton of stats and charts plotting the progress of history. The world seems more violent because of the 24-hours news coverage of it, but it isn't. Maybe you should try reading a book sometime instead of believing what the media tells you is true.

I also saw you claim on BC, and possibly elsewhere, that your views have changed in the last several years. I also denote from what I saw you say there that your beliefs change rapidly and you can't make up your mind. If this is what you call change... I'd hate to know what you believed previously. I'd be careful with the bigotry you spew, or it may come to bite one day. Do you believe in Karma? What goes around, comes around, if it hasn't already.

Hate and superiority isn't the answer. You claim this yourself, while contradicting it, all the while expecting others to look up to you as a great teacher of knowledge who knows more than everyone.

Nope. Alright, now pay attention. First off, I never said women were superior to men in every respect, or even in most respects. I'll say it outright: they aren't. There are some areas where men are superior. However, there is one area where women are superior to men, and it's an important one: aggression and violence.

Based on that assessment, I suggested that society might be better off without men. The evidence supports my view. That was not a view arrived at via emotions but via reason and empirical evidence. I am not biased or hateful against men; I am one. I just made a logical determination based on the evidence I observed. That's it. I didn't prescribe anything. I didn't say men should be put down like dogs, thrown in jail, or in any way treated as lesser than women. I didn't even say that all men are like this. I stated what seems to me to be a rather obvious fact: that men on the whole are more violent than women on the whole, and thus the world would be a lot less violent without men.

However, there is good news. If Pinker is right, men may be salvageable in the end after all. Pinker's book gives me hope for us menfolk. Now do you get where I'm coming from here?
