I already acknowledged the requirement of many that if you have a device, they want to look into its contents.
But where the e-mail requirement is new, is that those traveling without any device may be asked to log-in anyway on the border guard's device if they can find that you have an e-mail account.
But you're saying that there's something new for "encrypted files" for those traveling without any device which could contain them? Please explain further.
