Thanks, Andrew. Personally, I believe it should always be based on counselor judgment, especially when consent has already been established and the complaint is based only on age disparity. I feel much the same way about mandatory minimums in the criminal justice system and the systematic removal or restriction of the judge's discretion in sentencing. It's sad to see individual professionals forced to adopt a one size fits all automatic judgment in individual cases. These are complex individual cases and much more of a gray area than a black/white issue.
