Yeah, I'm sorry, but all the problems with this Plan are the result of those opposed to it butchering it to hell and back. The way it was originally intended to work was a thing of beauty. You're right, this version does suck ass. That's because Obama tried to do what Presidents (including Republicans) have been trying to do for 30 years. Instead of support, he got "No, you fascist, how dare you try to drag us into step with the rest of the world! We LIKE having one of the worst healthcare systems on the planet, you just shut up and leave it alone!" The problems with the current attempt is that it's far too much compromise and it keeps far too much of the insurance-centric model in place. The entire thing needs to be wiped out and replaced. We need to steal France's model and make it our own. -BB
