We used to hide it in a drawer because it wouldn't be quiet unless it had complete darkness and silence. It would start yelling for us and then make sleepy noises. If you tried to open the drawer it was in it would start making all the weird ferby noises again :). I never actually had one just my friends :(. You could teach it to talk and stuff and I would feed it all the time.

One time my friend gave me this little toy of hers (not a ferby) and suddenly like, 4 or 5, little kids randomly would start chatting with me and showing me the same toy and talking about it. I had like 4 little girls and a little boy just come up to me randomly (most of them about 6 years old I think). It was quite cute.
