It is normal to have such thoughts occasionally, but if you are having them frequently there may be an underlying cause. That cause may be as simple as not getting enough sunlight or the right kinds of food.

I certainly hope that you will not act on such thoughts, as we enjoy having you around. If you feel you need psychological help for depression or something similar, you might contact the folks at B4U-Act to get a recommendation for a good mental health professional.
