Do these thoughts always pass? Because if you keep that in mind, it might help.

If you're having these thoughts again, think back to the last time you had them and how you changed your mind and always do. So don't go through with anything.

Just a small bit of advice, as it seems like these are fleeting thoughts your having, as opposed to planning something out. Am I correct?
