There are, of course, exceptions. But for the most part, its a lack of imagination that gives rise to the notion that the issues are insoluble.

And, as luvme2times points out, its also a lack of imagination that presumes that nothing better will happen to you. I could not have created or predicted any of my GFs. They all came out of nowhere when I wasn't expecting them. Now I am frustrated that its been too long since the last one. But I know that the only way to guarantee that there will never be another love, is to take myself out of the equation before she arrives.

I don't know the Universe that well. Do you? :)
