Bi-(ble) curious

The story of Sodom & Gomorrah has been examined from many angles and I have read many of them (who could read them all?) but I would love some input from the pedo point of view.

So the cities were 'fat'. Everyone well fed and in peacetime. The citizens were passing their time in fantastic orgies, lots of homosexuality, probably a good deal of paedophillia, sounds like anything and everything was 'allowed'. God decided that was bad (??) so he would destroy the cities. But Abraham pleaded to spare the cities if 10 'righteous' people were found. Two angels visited and were greeted by Lot, who took them in and fed them. Then the entire damn town (just the men and boys?) supposedly surrounded the house and wanted to rape the angels (disguised as men). LOT OFFERED THEM HIS 2 LITTLE GIRLS INSTEAD BUT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED. They wanted the "men".

So the cities were destroyed (some say a nearby volcano erupted).

Now, my question. What if the men accepted the trade of the little girls for the men? Would that have been acceptable to God and he might have saved the cities?

Sidenote: If you can find an image of a painting by Lucas van Leydon, titled Lot and his Daughters, it is very interesting. It shows Lot's camp in the hills with the cities burning in the background. One of lots daughters is pouring water (or wine?) and the other daughter is being coddled (fondled?) by Lot, safe from the destruction.

Love to hear your comments on this (for me) very confusing story - luvme.
