It was more than homosexuality. Lot's daughters were married for a short time, but the husbands of Lot's daughters wanted to stay in Sodom and was subject to the punishment. Sodom has more sins than homosexuality. There were also idol worship, murders, and strange offerings to other gods. So many people focus on one thing that stood out about Sodom and Gomorrah. I guess because most of the world wasn't interested in idol rituals, yet homosexuality seems more interesting. If people focus only on one sin, that caused Sodom and Gomorrah to be destroyed, don't understand the big picture. Religion when not understood can cause many conflicts and confrontations. Whatever position I stand on, I refuse to move from them.
