Okay, keep going please, Concerned Aunt. Extend your explanation if you will to the following event for Lot. Those little sweeties decided to get him drunk and become pregnant by him. In the bible it was not his fault he was so 'out of it'.

I'm not asking really about the scripture. I'm a heathen trying to anticipate what God might have done if the rapists took the girls. I see hints that that would have been more acceptable than raping the angels, I mean men. Could it be that Lot knew that and had to make the most horrible decision of his life (an unthinkable decision) to offer his beloved daughters. And God knew all along that he was going to trash the cities?

Cuteness must remember that the angels were disquised as men. The rapists (the entire male population of the city, including boys) wanted the men. They did not want the girls. Most of the crap I read from mainstream religious propaganda is that this is a lesson about homosexuality.

You are a very kind person and always look for the kind viewpoint. I respect that tremendously. I wish I could be that stable.

I was told early (don't remember the poster) when I joined this board (only a month or so ago) that the bible (and I think he said no religion) says a single word against pedophilia. Some find interpretations that Jesus was a boy lover. I am looking for myself at bible stories and I am trying to understand God's message regarding Lot's daughters and the 2 references to pedophillia in this story. Can you help me with that?
