That's true...

It's also true that in many places there are rules that if the defendant is only X amount of years older than the "victim," it's legal, so long as the "victim" isn't younger than Y. And for some reason it is worse if a loving adult who genuinely cares about the child, can actually afford the consequences of sex(pregnancy), and can actually take care of the minor has sex with her than if some teenage asshole sweet talks her into bed and leaves when the deed is done.
