Cuteness must remember that the angels were disquised as men. The rapists (the entire male population of the city, including boys) wanted the men. They did not want the girls. Most of the crap I read from mainstream religious propaganda is that this is a lesson about homosexuality.
Of course they were disguised as men and of course that's what makes the passage directly homosexual. So? I don't know how that is relevant to what you are asking about.
