This is not my opinion, but I could go anti. Someone told me that the reference of all the boys and men showing up to rape these men is in reference on how God feels about child sexual abuse. If it was about homosexuality, why did they have to mention boys.

As many people on BC can inform you, boys often have sex with other boys or with men without that necessarily meaning they feel homosexual or that they will be teleio-homosexual or BLs when adult. The Bible writers knew this. That, and that there really wasn't an age discriminatory society back then which would demand boys not to be present. Boys are mentioned without giving it any more importance because it would be normal that boys are there.
