This conversation has me thinking that there may not even be any books specifically tailored to young people coming to grips with their attractions as a pedophile, but I can think of one book that might be helpful in explaining the relationship between pedophiles and society by analogy. It concerns a young girl coming to grips with the fact that although she did not previously know it, her family is despised by the society around them for who they are rather than anything they have done, and is safe only so long as no one finds out.

That would be "In the Presence of Mine Enemies", by Harry Turtledove.
