They learn that it is an experience they can share through experimentation with others, or explanation from someone, just as everyone does. I learned how sexual experiences could be shared with others when I was very young through the first method. When they learn that there are ways others can please them, and it's not only themselves that can create those feelings, they begin to want it. Look at that, was it a daycare or something(?) that had a problem with little girls giving the boys oral.

Children do have sexual feelings and desires as they discover their sexuality and the sexuality of others, puberty just heightens these sexual desires. The sexual desires are different in each kid, of course. You can tell a difference between the sexual desires of my little girl and her cousin quite easily. My little girl has a lot stronger curiosity for sexuality and it's clear to a careful observer. She mainly just lacks the knowledge necessary to know how to act on her desires.

Some people must hit puberty to discover their sexuality, while some find it earlier. I believe I have mentioned before that when I was young, I had a girl with auite the sexual interest in me. I had yet to learn of the sexuality of girls, so sadly I did not act on this, but she tried her best to get me naked, and I'm sure I'd have ended up becoming quite sexual at that point if I had gone along with her. She had already developed sexual desires for boys, I simply lacked the same for girls at the time.
