1) Yes, which is why my policy is always taking people at face value, especially when there are no specific known incentives to lie.

3) Not so. The laws treat children as perpetrators too if no adult takes part. The adult being at fault is a rule of thumb which is made into law, but when no adult is there, children are all treated as perpetrators, and ironically tried as adults (although often not sentenced as adults - they're still allowed to go to school and may be spared any kind of jail. Not registration or limits on online activity, though)

5) Of course, and that's why I set the boundaries for myself, and that's why my boundary is to never put myself in a position where I know I can't be caught red handed. Because I know that's when I wouldn't say no.
