It depends on the age of the girl, her experiences, and her exposure to an adult male.

I know a friend who was introduced to sexual pleasure by an adult male when she was a toddler. Once sexual pleasure was discovered, she pursued it.

My partner was introduced to sexual pleasure by me. And so, too, she pursued it, later, with me.

However, I was at a friend's house and their 14 year old daughter made a sexual advance on me when we were in the kitchen together (out of sight and mind of the other adults.) I did not instigate the encounter nor did I respond favourably to her. I declined. (She was above my AoA, though she didn't know it.)

I don't think any child, free from inhibitions and free from any internal (sexual self exploration) or external impetus, would come to an adult male for sex. The psychological programming is just not there. That's not to say that it cannot happen. It's just that it would not be usual.
