Dang it all to heck

I really want to know if you are missing something. I have seen that there are some REALLY knowledgeable bible people here. I hope they are tuned in and have the time and patience to respond. Please keep it at everyman level, if you please.

It could be that I am relegated to hell as I always suspected. I lust so I know I am a Christian sinner. I'm willing to commit adultery (with a child no less) under ideal conditions, so I am a bad sinner. People have been destroyed over lesser sins in the Bible.

Yet I know I also love. Like crazy. Can't I get some extra credit for that?
