Children being asexual is essential to keep society atomized and incapable of organizing, because it hinders the formation of extrafamilial social links. Children having rights undermines the prison industrial line [school] - [factory] - [taxpaying] - [welfare] designed for the proles to walk since the 1800s. And that's the basics. All the important things can be explained in one or the other way. In general, child sex undermines all stratifications of society which became essential to how it works since the Industrial Revolution (which is why anti-ness in a country is very well correlated to how long ago that country underwent the Industrial Revolution.)
