Were the short dresses girls used to wear *drool*

I remember my 15 year old cousin babysitting me and my brother. She would always wear short blouses and tight white panties, and she always flashed us by bending over and sitting with her legs open. She knew she got off on that as she was always giggling.

Then again that was the peak of the sexual revolution, when it was cool to graze in the grass...can you dig it?
