That has also become clear to me and it is a sad thing because that is the whole reason I signed up. Fact is however that it IS a support group due to several of the posters that are very helpful. If the mods do not want to invest energy or take the risks to moderate as a support group I can understand that, it's not like it's a real job - they do what they want, as it should be.

I have actually felt true support from time to time from several of the posters and, like all of you I suppose, I have my 'favorites' that I love to hear comments from when I post. Thank you, my friends.

Re: Aunt, daughter, and nephew: Aunt is at the top of my list of posters I love to hear from. Given her situation with a suicidal nephew that has caught the attention of her community (through malicious acts by an ex girlfriend) and the attention of 'authorities', I recommend that she keep clear of GC because if there is a connection made by the wrong people (wrong is exactly the word), then she and GC would not be thought of by them as doing any good. She doesn't need that and neither does GC.

I want to be her friend and help as much as you do. If I knew a safe way to do that, I would. So I'm with you KBA. If you want help Matthew, my hand is also raised.

But KBA, your time is not wasted here, no matter what you think of GC overall. It's the individuals that make GC great for us.
