It doesn't seem the same to me at all. I think she is acknowledging the fact that 'minor' sexual trespasses of young girls by (old) men is not all that traumatic for them (provided it wasn't forced), which is what I think I have heard you say as well.

I don't think the comparison of Slave Masters to (old) pedophiles is valid.
