Menarche has nothing to do with puberty
Funny, I used to think that the definition of puberty itself necessarily included the onset of fertility. I see I've been wrong all my life. Enlighten me!
With respect, that's an incorrect assumption or conclusion.
If I was making it to be a law that no girl can physically violate, then you'd be right. I'm not. And as a statistical tendency, rather than a law, it sustains. Though many girls don't follow it, the tendency is for breast development to be the first development, followed by hips, followed by menarche, followed by bush growth; all separated from each other by several months. The tendency; the averages - not any sort of universal law which happens always. Some go faster, some go slower, some go in any other sort of different order, some even never undergo any of it, but I would like to think that when I say that women are shorter than men, you won't shoot back that I am denying the existence of Elisany.
