Thanks for posting this Rewdius.

Religions need to deny the value of sexuality except for procreation because religions (ideally) are based on mythologies of 'transcendence' of this world. Anything 'of this world' is stuck in time and duality and is not the ultimate answer for a spiritual being. Since sex is the driving force that maintains the world it is not needed in any religion.

The error in that teaching, however, is that God (the transcendent) created the world of time and duality (I think for entertainment and a cure of 'loneliness'). Sex is a gift of God. It should be freely shared in that light, even with children (especially with children).

But the fall from grace (man's invention) prevents us from enjoying this garden of delights and makes us judge right from wrong. We need that judgement to form our societies, otherwise there would be chaos. As far as I can tell, society has almost always judged that sex with children is wrong, for whatever reasons.

Pedophilia is a gift to those strong enough to enjoy it in a world in which they cannot have freedom to explore it. We suffer and our little lovers suffer, too. It is obvious that the little ones would enjoy it as much, if not more than we would.

We are stuck in this world of suffering, no way out. Pedophiles however, have the sweetest dreams that the world can possibly offer. But we will never have the paradise we seek.

The best we can do is to live on the edge of the law and hope for the best. I shun organized religion but I believe in God, myself, and the interdependency of all things. I will protest and catalyze change just short of slitting my own throat. And I will love all of my LG's with all my heart and enjoy their physical and emotional presence as far as my society will allow. And I will protect them as best I can from the inevitable damage of a sexless religious society.

Okay, that's how I feel right now. You all and tomorrow will change that, I'm sure, as I am a living, changing being.

Written while sitting at my desk at work Trucker. No trolling intended.

I am open to suggestions on what, if anything, to tell my 7yo regarding the wonderful feelings she gets from the arms of couches instead of from the warm touch of a real, live, lover.
