Whilst I am not sure a game like this would garner much interest, I am bustling with story ideas! :)

I'd like to see it as an action/platformer. Old school 2D side-scrolling ala Sonic & Mario.

Lots of cutsey backgrounds, colorful characters, a real sprite-fest.

As for story, well the main antagonist could be called "AntiPedo". He has brainwashed all the children of the world & has made them his minions.
So you make your way through the levels liberating the childrens minds with your special hug & kiss moves (sort of how Sonic frees animals from their robot prisons).
And of course a boss at the end of each level, a physical presentation of ideas and anti-pedo organisations taking the form of big boss monsters.

You could have special bonus levels where Pedobear frees genuine Girl-loving pedos who have been imprisoned.

Yeah I know, I am daft one ;)
