...that the esteemed American military technicians who operate the drones that are killing so many people in the Middle East fully admit that they the remote tracking systems they have access to while surveying an area allows them to be the ultimate voyeurs. They routinely joke about, save, and pass around footage of people their tracking system records having sex in secluded areas; or people heeding the call of nature in a secluded space they thought was private. Our surveillance society is effectively taking away our privacy. By only going after the most obviously visible civilians taking these pics, we are deliberately ignoring the largest invaders of privacy out there due to the simple convenience of going after the easy targets.
