The issues you raise about monogamy are worthy of discussion and I don't want you to think I would not consider them valid.

My point was to bring to the table that in order to prevent the fraud and deception which many anti-contacters see as an inevitable outcome of the legalization of child sex, we already have one institution which is capable of dealing with fraud in relationships. That institution is marriage. I see the introduction of the chance of fraud and deception as an argument against child sexual activity, but then the rejection of the solution, a solution already tried and tested by time even in our own societies (although not with minors anymore) as either dishonest arguing or moving the goalposts. This is different from the objections to marriage coming from a polyamory viewpoint like yours, which do not come from any argument about fraud and deception in sex with minors.

Though I still think it relevant to mention, if I am arguing it at an anti-contacter, that I acknowledge my position on marriage is minoritarian among pro-contacters.
