Of course, news reports and law enforcement call any inter-generational relationship "abuse". Of course, the younger boy (and they are both boys still) will now kowtow to his violent father's demands and law enforcement's coercion.

As I understand, both boys were involved in sexual relations for a lengthy period of time, maybe up to three (3) years.

If after a long-time relationship between the boys the father did not know the older boy, then again I say he is blind, deaf, and stupid.

I also think the boy is now in more danger than any he may have had with his lover (yes, lover). The father is a brute animal and may possibly wreak havoc in his son's life; at the very least the boy will, if he has not in the past & I suspect he has, live every day in fear of his father's hate and violence. This fear, along with legal proceedings and therapy, will destroy this boy's life.
