Oh, I can be quite dark at times ... though I consider "For the Forgotten" to be a mostly positive piece, and except for the final verse its subject comprises all of humanity - not just pedophiles.

But believe it or not, a considerable amount has changed since I wrote those poems. Yes, they still describe some of what we face - but we have also seen considerable (if halting and unsteady) movement toward the public better understanding the philosophy of liberty; we have seen growing recognition of pedophilia as a sexual orientation; we have even seen growing support for children's liberation, though this movement is still very small. We have seen all of these emerging on both the right and the left.

I posted these in several places - two of which are no longer online - but I did post them at GC too. As our Search function is still not working, it would be quite difficult to find the earlier posts now.
