I really think we don't want to open the whole can of worms over again from scratch.

At first we didn't understand exactly what he meant and gave him the benefit of the doubt.

The he posted.

And he cleared up so many doubts for us about his stance, VirPeds, what he thinks about choice, and what he's willing to offer up in debate as support of some rather harsh claims about the goodwill of others.

Some spent longer than others trying to continue giving him the benefit of a doubt. But even most of these defenders were persuaded by his actions and statements.

I suspect that many of them still haven't given up hope for retractions and a different tune.

But I would not rather read the post with the eyes of an innocent, ask, "what do you mean?" and reread some of the nonsense and hostility I've read since he joined all over again.
