At the risk of being redundant........

The correlation between Child-molesters and Pedophiles is even less than that between Hetero-Rapists and other Heterosexuals.

Molestation is non-consensual and is rape. Rape is about power, about opportunism, about boundary and self-control issues. But while it sometimes conforms to an orientation it often doesn't.

Prison-rape isn't about homosexuality. Rape of the elderly isn't about gerontophilia. And child-molestation isn't about Pedophilia.

Its inevitable that some rapists will have an orientational attraction to the demographic of their victims. But rape isn't an expression of that orientation.

Most child-molesters are situational offenders, not preferential. And those who are preferential offenders share more in common with their Hetero counterparts than they do with Peds who would never violate consent.

While quite a few here are exclusively Pedophile in orientation, some of us are also oriented towards adults too. ( Thus defying Finkelhor's criteria for Pedophilia of "blockage" in peer Heterosexual relationships. )

While we don't prohibit you from discussing teleio-Heterosex, its usually flagged as OT ( for "off topic" ) and kept inobtrusive so that our exclusive brethren can keep their lunch down. :)

My AoA ( "age of attraction ) runs from approximately 3 yrs old to however old Helen Mirren is these days. For prepubescents it is strongest just on the cusp of puberty ( around 11. ) But once she has the adult physique it really goes on so long as she keeps herself healthy.

And unlike some, my preferences are to have LGs look like LGs and adults look like adults. I don't mind petite waif-like adults. But I'm not exclusively attracted to women with LG features.

I try to counsel against the concept of "temptation." This religious notion exteriorizes the responsibility for ones desires and actions onto the object of desire.

While I find LGs desirable, I do so regardless of their interest in me or lack thereof. The desire is mine whether its reciprocated or not.
