People are fully aware of teen sexuality, since they were all teens themselves once.

Were they? I am not sure. Everybody says they don't remember much of their teens and about nothing of their childhood. And from those who remember, everybody says they weren't as wild as teens today. So no, they don't know.

They are fully aware in turn of their children's sexuality, if not all the details.

Are they? One word: SEXUALIZATION.

If they were aware they wouldn't have made up that word.

The reason there is no conversation is that they don't consider there to be any costs to their kids being unable to have sexual relationships with adults. What is it they haven't been exposed to? The Rind study results? If they perceived this problem with children's unfulfilled sexual needs as one meriting any of their attention at all, they'd find the Rind study.

Bullshit. Every parent I know wants their kids to die virgins. Some just don't pursue this goal so zealously or punish their kids so spectacularly for failing to meet it. Some even realize, rationally speaking, that it is an impossible goal, but all pursue it anyway.

No study is going to change that. And it is not about the costs: they don't care to send their own kids to the police machine for this.
